Next 15% people may like Music but don't really sing themselves.. so If you are singing you are already better than 90%.
Next 5% don't dare to sing before others .. so you are better than 95% of the world if you are actually singing before others , no matter whether you are good or not..
That means there are still 30 million public singers, the odds of you being noticed are very slim. So don't be too hard on your talent if you are not noticed :-)
